Teamviewer is an industry standard remote desktop access solution that offers safe access by TWS to client computers for support. To use this service you will need to activate the link at your end, which will run the Teamwiewer quick support module. This will not install anything at your end. This is safe. You will then need to provide TWS with Your ID and Password, which the quick support module will show you. After that, TWS will be able to access your device and solve all your problems.
You should see this login panel, please prodide me with the ID and password as shown.
